Wallace Scott manages and develops valuable intellectual property assets for clients including the identification of intellectual property; prosecution of patent applications; preparation of intellectual property agreements, including joint development agreements, licenses and acquisitions; setting and planning corporate intellectual property strategy; right to practise analyses and third party infringement analyses.

In addition, his practise includes litigation, corporate governance and commercial law, contract preparation, employment law, wills estates and trusts, privacy law, and civil litigation, as well as internal policy development, drafting and implementation. He provides legal advice to clients in a dynamic business environment.
